Choosing a house

We will consult with you to understand where you would like to spend your vacation, how many people, dates, and what conditions you need for a comfortable stay at Lake Issyk-Kul. Based on your preferences, we will select the most suitable house for rent. We will provide you with all the necessary information about the house, including photos and a list of amenities.

Payment for booking

After you choose the suitable house, we will ask you to pay a deposit of 50% of the rental cost for the entire period, as well as provide personal identification. This will allow us to reserve the house on the date you have chosen and guarantee its availability for you in the future. We will provide you with information about the cost of the deposit and payment methods.

Preparation for arrival

We will make sure that the house is ready for your arrival. We will provide its cleanliness and order, ensure a warm temperature, provide the necessary amount of bedding, as well as make sure that all amenities are working properly. We will also provide you with information about the nearest shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

Service during your stay
